Hassle Free Weather Policy
Weather can change and so can your inflatable order. We pride ourselves on a very flexible weather policy. You can cancel your inflatable rental order or reschedule your inflatable delivery up to the morning of your event. There is no charge if we haven't left our warehouse for delivery. Once we've hit the road, there is a $50 cancellation charge. Once inflatables have been setup there are no cancellations or refunds. Payments made will be applied to a future event if you need to reschedule.
Inflatable rentals should not be used if raining or winds exceed 15 mph. We reserve the right to refuse delivery due to adverse weather conditions. See policy page for full details.
