We know the weather can change and so can your inflatable order. We'll be glad to reschedule or cancel your inflatable order up to 7am the morning of your delivery. If you've already made a payment we'll apply a store credit for use up to one year from the date of your postponed event.

Wedding and Large Event Contracts must be cancelled within the contractual period outlined in your contract.

There are no refunds once equipment has been set up.
Deposits are non-refundable.
